In the Allure Fashion<\/strong> want every purchase to be completely satisfactory. However, if you wish to exchange or return a product, you can follow one of the following procedures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1st Case \u2013 Exchange with another product<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can choose another product from our store and pick it up via the same courier that will deliver the returned product.
This way, instead of being charged 5\u20ac<\/strong> for sending and 5\u20ac<\/strong> for a return (total 10\u20ac), the charge is formed in total as follows: 7\u20ac<\/strong>, as the change is made directly through the same courier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2nd Case \u2013 Product Return and Refund<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you wish to return the product and receive a refund:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The product must be returned. in its original state<\/strong>, without damage, tags or signs of use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. They will be given to you. specific recipient details<\/strong> which must be listed on the parcel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Upon receipt and approval of the return, the company will refund the amount. via bank account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The following will be deducted from the product amount: 5\u20ac for return costs<\/strong>, as shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
