The Website allurefashion.gr operates as an online retail store for women's clothing, shoes and accessories.
Use of the website implies acceptance of the terms set out in this document.

The Company reserves the right to change prices without notice, however the prices in effect at the time of order are binding.
Accepted payment methods:
- Payment by card (through a secure environment).
- Cash on delivery
- Deposit into a bank account.
- Payment via IRIS.
7. Orders
Upon completion of an order, the customer receives an automated confirmation email.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify an order in the event of a price error, unavailability or suspicious transaction.
The order is considered complete only when it is shipped by the Company.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipments are made through partner courier companies in Greece and, if supported, abroad.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and availability.
Delays due to force majeure (e.g. weather events, strikes, pandemics) are not the responsibility of the Company.
9. Returns and Exchanges
The customer has the right of withdrawal within 10 days from the date of receipt, returning the product in its original condition, without damage and with complete packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.
In the event of a defective product, the Company undertakes replacement or refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the website or products.
The Company's liability is limited to the value of the order.
11. Personal Data Protection
The management and protection of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy of the website, according to the GDPR.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the Greek Law.
Responsible for any dispute that arises are the Athens Courts.
